This RV is a 2011 crossroads zinger ZT 260 BH model, tandem axle bumper pull trailer. This RV has dual door entry and one slide out accommodating the living area. It has roof air. 

The interior is dirty. Most walls are showing signs of scuffs, scratches. Multiple trim pieces are detached and loose. 

The exterior is made up of Hardwell fibreglass. The front exterior wall is showing signs of water damage and delamination. The left fender flare is damaged. The rear entry door is damaged. The right rear corner bumper area is damaged. The right slide out wall has a very large scratch. Multiple deckles are cracked and peeling. The right awning leg mount is broken.

The slide out is operational. This unit comes with two propane tanks and three batteries connected to a solar system. The batteries has been removed from the front and relocated to the right side front storage area. The tires are mounted on steel rims and appear to be in good enough condition for use

This unit is equipped with a three burner stove, oven microwave and refrigerator. This unit is also equipped with an aftermarket solar system, and triple battery set up. The layout is described as large bedroom in the front living area/kitchenette/dinette in the centre and washroom and bunkhouse in the rear.
