There is surface rust, peeling paint, scratches and dents on most panels. The tires are mounted on steel rims and have plenty of tread remaining.

The engine does not turn over despite applying external power source, a diagnostic will need to be performed to determine the exact problem. It is powered by a 84.5hp Tier 3 Kubota turbo diesel engine. 

It is equipped with a 300 gallon emulsion tank, external emulsion level indicator, and a 12" emulsion fill hole.
