REMARKS:

This RV is a 2023 Northwood Wolf Creek 890 model truck camper. It has a single door entry, and roof air. 

The interior is dirty. Some walls have scuffs and scratches. One of the dinette cushion trims is separating. The bedroom ceiling trim has nail holes. 


The exterior walls are made of hard wall fiberglass. There are chips and scratches on all walls. Most weatherstripping has been poorly resealed. The left rear wall is cracked and separating. The right wall has peeling paint.

The left rear leveling jack has been removed, the pin appears to be damaged.

This unit is equipped with two batteries, two propane tanks, refrigerator, three burner stove, top, oven, microwave, stereo system, and a solar system. The layout consists of a bad/bathroom in the front, and a kitchenette/dinette in the rear.
