This RV is a 2023 crossroads cruiser series 22 RB model bumper pull travel trailer. This unit has a single entry door, roof air and a single slide out accommodating the living area/kitchen.

The interior is dirty and full of personal items. Some of the wooden trim has scratches and scrapes.

The exterior walls are made of hard wall fiberglass. The front panel has light. There are scuffs on both side panels.

The slide out is operational. Alloy rims are mounted, the tires have plenty of tread remaining. The unit unit unit is equipped with two batteries and two propane tanks. 

The layout consist of a master bedroom at the front a kitchen/living area at the center and a washroom at the rear. This unit is equipped with a three burner stove top, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and a flatscreen television. It also has a exterior kitchen with a mini refrigerator and a two burner stove top.
