REMARKS:
This RV is a 2022 Keystone sprinter SR 25 ML22 model fifth wheel trailer. It has a single door entry, roof air, and two slide outs accommodating the living area and master bedroom. The interior is dirty, some walls are showing minor chips, minor scratches and minor scuffs. Some walls are showing peeling wallpaper. The slide out wooden trim is warped. The bathroom sky vent trim is cracked. The walls in the master bedroom are stained. The exterior walls are made out of hard wall fiberglass. Some walls showing scratches, and scuffs. It is equipped with a battery and missing the propane tanks. It has an exterior refrigerator in one of the compartments. The Tires are mounted to alloy wheels and appear to be in good enough condition to use. This unit is equipped with a television, electric fireplace, microwave, three stove burner top, oven, refrigerator, and a stereo. They lay out consist of the master bedroom/bathroom at the front, and a kitchenette/dinette at the rear. ?
