This unit is a 2022 Forest River Sabre Cobalt Series 38DBQ model tandem axel fifth wheel trailer. It has two door entry, roof air, and three slide outs accommodating the living area, kitchen, bunkhouse and master bedroom. 

The interior is clean. 

The exterior is made out of hard fiberglass. All walls are showing minor chips and scratches. 

The battery is dead. This unit gets power with external power applied. Tires are mounted on alloy rims and appear to be in good enough condition for use. 

This unit is equipped with a three burner stove, microwave, refrigerator, television, stereo system, and an exterior prep station. The layout consist of a master bedroom, bathroom at the front, dinette, kitchen at the center and bunk house with washroom at the rear.
