This RV is a 2022 Forest River Cedar Creek 38EBS model tandem axle fifth wheel trailer. it has a single door entry, climate control, and four slide outs accommodating the master bedroom and living area. 

The interior is dirty. The steps are blemishing. Some walls are showing scratches and scuffs. The master bedroom wall has peeling paint.

Exterior walls are made of hard wall fiberglass. The fifth wheel has peeling paint. There are chips and scratches on all panels. The left rear slide out, and right wall is showing water delamination. The right rear wall has dents.

The slide outs, and hydraulics do not operate accordingly. The hydraulics initiate noise but do not move. Diagnostics will need to be performed to determine their exact problem. This unit gets power with external power applied. The batteries are missing. The tires are mounted to alloy rims and appear to be in good enough condition for use.

This unit is equipped with three televisions, refrigerator, wine cellar, microwave, four burner stove top, oven, electrical fireplace, stereo system, heat banners, and an exterior kitchen.
