This RV is a 2021 grand design solitude ST378MBS model fifth wheel trailer tandem axle. It has a single door entry, roof air, four slide outs accommodating the living area.

The interior is dirty. Some walls have drill holes. There are some loose wiring on the ceiling. There is a pallet near the master bedroom with potential merchandise. The bathroom sky vent plastic trim is cracked. 

The exterior walls are made out of hard wall fibreglass. Some walls are showing chips, scratches and scuffs.

The unit is equipped with an Onan QG 5500 LP Cummins generator. The generator hours are unknown. The generator cranks and does not start with external power applied. It may be out of fuel. This unit is missing the battery, and one propane tank. One propane tank is in the unit. The tires are mounted to alloy rims, and appear to be in good enough condition for use.

The unit is equipped with television, washer/dryer, refrigerator, electric fireplace, for stove burner top, oven, microwave and a stereo system. The layout consists of the master bedroom/bathroom at the front, bunkhouse at the centre, and a kitchenette/dinette at the rear.
