The interior is clean. The bathroom door is cracked. The bunk house trim is chipped and scratched. The shower was is warped.

The exterior panels are showing chips, scratches, and scuffs. The front wall has peeling paint. The front front lower compartment door is cracked. Some decals are appealing. 

This unit gets power with external power applied. The battery is dead. This unit is equipped with a battery, and two propane tanks. The tires are mounted to alloy rims and appeared to be in good enough condition for use.
