The interior is dirty. Some walls are showing scratches and scuffs. The dinette slide out has minor peeling paint.

The exterior walls are made of hard wall fiberglass. The exterior walls are showing chips, scratches, and scuffs. The front wall weatherstripping is cracked and separating. The rear wall is showing water delamination. Both fenders are cracked, the right side fender is separating.

This unit is equipped with two propane tanks. This unit gets power with external power supply. The battery is dead. Tires are mounted to alloy rims and appeared to be in good enough condition for use.
