This RV is a 2020 Keystone cougar 22RBSWE model Tandem axle bumper pole trailer. It has a single door entry, roof air, and a single slide out accommodating the living area.

The interior is clean. Some walls are showing scratches and scuffs. The shower sliding door is off track. The shower hose is undone from the nozzle. The sky vent is cracked. 

The exterior walls are made of hard wall fibreglass. Some walls are showing chips, scratches, and scuffs. Some decals are peeling. The front right weatherstripping is peeling.

The slide out cannot be tested. This unit does not get power with external power applied. The battery is dead. The tires are mounted to alloy rims and appeared to be in good enough condition for use.

This unit is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, three burner stove, top, oven, stereo system, and a television. The layout consists of a master bedroom in the front, kitchen at/dinette in the center, and a bathroom in the rear.
