REMARKS:

This RV is a 2019 Coachmen Catalina 273BHS model bumper pull travel trailer. This unit has two entry doors, roof air, and a slinge slide out accommodating the living area/kitchen. 

The interior is dirty. The bunk house lower trim is cracked. The kitchen seats are torn. The slide out wood trimmings is lifting.

The exterior walls are made of hard wall fiberglass. The front end has minor chips and scratches.

The slide out cannot be tested. This unit is missing two batteries. It is equipped with two propane tanks. The tires are mounted on alloy rims and appear to be in good enough condition for use.

This unit is equipped with a three burner stovetop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, flatscreen television, and a sound system. The layout of this unit consists of a master bedroom at the front, kitchen/living area at the center, washroom, and bunkhouse at the rear.
