This 20' RV is a 2018 R-Pod Hood River Edition Series 179 model bumper pull travel trailer. It has a single entry door and a single slide out accommodating the living area.

The interior is dirty. The wood trims are showing scratches and scuffs. The flatscreen television is missing.

The exterior walls are made of hard wall fiberglass. There are chips across the front wall. Most decals are cracked and peeling. The right rear weatherstripping is peeling.

The tires have been mounted to alloy rims and appear to be in good enough condition for use. The propane tank and the battery are missing. This trailer does not get power with external power applied, the operation of the slide out cannot be confirmed.

It is equipped with a stereo system, microwave, refrigerator and two burner stove top. The layout consists of a master bedroom at the front, bathroom at the centre and kitchenette/living area at the rear.
