This RV is a 2018 Keystone Springdale 282 model tandem axle bumper pull trailer. It has a double door entry, roof air, and one light out accommodating the living area. 

The interior is dirty. The screen door is torn. All walls are showing scratches and scuffs. The roof is showing water damage. The master bedroom ceiling fan, and cabinet wall are broken. The right wallpaper trim is peeling. The separating wall has drill holes. The couch is missing. The bunkhouse is missing both mattresses. The bathroom ceiling fan is broken.

The exterior walls are made of soft wall aluminum. The front, and left wall are showing hail damage. The left wall is dented. Some decals are peeling. The left fender is separating. The right fender is broken. The right front lower wall is gouged.

The battery is dead. The slide out cannot be tested. The battery utility box has been screwed shut. The condition of the battery cannot be determined. This unit is equipped with a battery, and two propane tanks. The tires are mounted to all rims and appear to be in good enough condition for use.

This unit is equipped with a microwave, three burner stove top, oven, refrigerator, and a stereo system. The layout consists of a master bedroom in the front, kitchenette/dinette in the center, and a bunkhouse/bathroom in the rear.
