This RV is a 2018 Keystone outback 266RB model tandem axle bumper pole trailer. It has a single door entry, roof air, and a single slide out accommodating the living area.

The interior is dirty. There are minor chips on the wooden boards. The bathroom fan cover is cracked. The vent cover in the living area is missing. The screen door lock is broken, and the screen is torn.

The exterior walls are made of hard wall fibreglass. All panels are showing scratches and scuffs. The slide out is showing water delamination. The left and right fender is separating. The right wall is showing water delamination.

The batteries are dead and require replacement. Diagnostics will need to be performed to determine its exact issues. 

This unit is equipped with a microwave, three burner stove top, oven, refrigerator, television, stereo system, electrical fireplace, and a exterior kitchen. The layout consists of a master bedroom in the front, kitchenette/dinette in the centre, and a living area/bathroom in the rear.
