The interior is dirty. The master bed front wall has peeling wallpaper. The roof is showing water damage.

The exterior walls are made of soft wall aluminum. The front and right wall are showing dents. Some walls are showing chips, scratches, and scuffs. The right fender is cracked. Some decals are peeling.

This unit does not get power with external power applied. The battery, and both propane tanks are missing. The landing gear is broken. The tires are mounted to alloy rims and appear to be in good enough condition for use.
