This RV is a 2017 Kodiak EXPRESS ULTRA LITE SERIES 255BHSL model tandem axle bumper pole trailer. It has a single door entry, roof air, and a single slide out accommodating the living area.

The interior is dirty. The roof is showing water damage. Some walls are showing scratches and scuffs. The rear bathroom wall is cracked and has been poorly resealed.

The exterior walls are made of hard wall fibreglass. Most exterior panels are showing chips, scratches, and scuffs.

This unit gets power with external power applied. The batteries are dead. The tires are mounted to alloy rims and appear being good enough condition for use.
