This RV is a 2015 forest river Rockwood Ultra light 2702SS model, tandem axle bumper pull trailer. It has dual entry and one slide out accommodating the living area area. It has roof air. The interior is dirty and will require a detail. Multiple trim pieces and cabinetry are showing signs of scratches, scuffs. The exterior is made up of hard wall fibreglass. All walls are showing signs of scratches, scuffs, dents. Multiple decals are faded, cracked, and peeling. There are several trim pieces, detached. The left fender flare is damaged. The front and rear walls are showing signs of water delamination. Unable to verify operation of slide out with external power applied. This unit comes with dual batteries and two large propane tanks. The tires are mounted on steel rims and appeared to be in good enough condition for use. This unit is equipped with a three burner stove, oven, microwave and refrigerator as well as a television. The layout is described as large bed in the front, living area/kitchenette/dinette in the center and bunkhouse/washroom in the rear.
