This 38' RV is a 2014 Forest River Trilogy 36RE model fifth wheel. It has a single entry door, roof air, and three slide outs, accommodating the dining area, kitchen and master bedroom.

The interior is dirty. The wood trims are showing scratches and scuffs. Both televisions are missing. The master bedroom mattress is missing. There are pieces of furniture missing from the living area.

The exterior walls are made of hard wall fiberglass. there are chips across the front wall. Both side walls have scratches, scuffs, and dents. The trailer is leaking fluid from underneath. The right side slide out weatherstripping is loose. The entry door does not latch.

This unit comes with two propane tanks. All of the batteries are missing. The kitchen and living area slide outs are inoperable. The generator is missing. The tires have been mounted to alloy rims and appear to be in good enough condition for use.
