This 35' RV is a 2014 heartland North Trail Caliber Series Ultra Lite 32BUDS model bumper travel trailer. The trailer has single entry door, roof air and two slide out accommodating the living area and bunkbeds. 

There are personal items scattered inside the unit. The linoleum flooring is peeling by the living room. There are scratches and scuff marks on the edges and on the cabinet doors. One of the cabinet door above the TV is broken. 

The exterior walls are made of hard wall fiberglass. The front end has chips. The rear wall has water delamination. Both fenders are cracked. The tires are mounted on aluminum rims and have good amount of tread remaining for usage. 

The slides are operational. The battery and propane tanks are missing. 

It is equipped with a flatscreen TV, stereo system and an outdoor kitchen. It also comes with a three burner stove, oven, microwave and a refrigerator. The layout features master bedroom at the front, living area/kitchen in the middle and bunkhouse at the rear.
