This RV is a 2013 Palomino Columbus 320RS tandem axle 5th wheel trailer. It has a single door, roof air, and three slide outs accommodating the living area. The interior is dirty. Some walls have chips, scratches and scuffs. There are chips on the wood trims. The slide out trims are separating. Some of the roof vent trims are cracked. The exterior walls are made of fiberglass. There are scratches and scuffs on all walls. The decals are peeling. The left rear slide out has water de-lamination. This unit comes with a battery and propane tanks. The batteries are weak and need to be replaced. The tires have been mounted to alloy rims and appear to be in good enough condition for use. This unit is equipped with two televisions, three burner stove top, microwave, refrigerator, and an electric fireplace. The layout consists of a master bedroom/bathroom in the front, kitchenette/dinette in the centre and a living area at the rear.
