This unit is a 2013 Heartland Sundance 332 model tandem axle bumper pull trailer. It has a single door entry, roof air and a triple slide out accommodating the living area. 


The interior is a dirty. The Master bedroom wall trim is cracked and peeling. All wood panels have scuffs and scratches. The master bedroom, kitchen and bathroom sky vents are cracked and trimmings broken. The bed is torn. The ceiling trim is loose. The couch is stained and torn.

The exterior walls are made out of hard wall, fibreglass. All walls are showing chips, scratches, and scuffs. The right rear well fender is dented. The rear panel cover is missing. 

This unit gets power with external power applied.  The battery is dead. The slide out is inoperable. This unit is equipped with two propane tanks. All tires are mounted to alloy rims. All tires are worn and will have to be replaced.

This unit is equipped with a three burner stove, microwave, refrigerator, television, stereo system and a fireplace. The layout consists of a master bedroom/bathroom at the front, kitchenette in the centre, and living room at the rear.
