This RV is 2013 Dutchmen trailer 286BHGS model bumper pull trailer tandem axle trailer. It has single door entry, and a single slide out accommodating the living area. The door lock is unable to unlock the single door. 

The condition of the interior cannot be confirmed.

The exterior is made out of hard wall fibreglass. The front is showing signs of mildew and water delamination. The front lower corner is taped. Some walls are showing chips, scratches and scuffs. The both left and right lower plastic trims cracked. 

The slide out cannot be tested. This unit is missing the battery and propane tanks. The tires are mounted to alloy rims, and appear to be good enough condition to use.
