The interior is showing its age. All the walls have been repainted. Some wallpaper is peeling. The master bedroom power outlet is misaligned. The stove top cover is dented. The shower hose is disconnected.

The exterior walls are made of hard wall fiberglass. The walls are showing chips and scuffs. The front wall is cracked and showing water delamination. Some decals are peeling. The rear bumper is missing both side protectors and has peeling paint. The front door entry steps are misaligned.

This unit gets power with external power applied. The battery is dead. The tires are mounted to alloy rims and appeared to be in good enough condition for use.
