This unit is a 2012 Dutch men 315HDS model tandem axle bumper pull trailer, it has two entry doors, roof, air, and a single slide out accommodating the living/kitchen area. 

The interior is dirty, cracked and peeling. The lower trim is separating. The wood panelling has scuffs and scratches. The bed is torn. The wallpaper is peeling. The couch is stained and worn. The trim panel is lifting. The rear bathroom and bunk house is not accessible. The cabinets are cracked. 

The exterior walls are made out of hard wall fibreglass. All walls are showing chips, scratches and scuffs. Some decals are cracking and peeling. Al walls are showing mildew. The front end shows a severe dent. Both plastic fenders are cracked. 

This unit gets power with external power applied. The slide out is misaligned. This unit is equipped with two propane tanks and two batteries. The Tires are mounted to alloy rims and appear to be in good enough condition for use. 

This unit is equipped with a three burner stove, microwave, refrigerator, television and a stereo system. The layout consists of a master bedroom at the front, dinette and living area at the centre and a bathroom/bunkhouse at the rear.
