This RV is a 2012 Crossroads Cruiser Series 31RK model tandem axle fifth wheel trailer. It has a single door entry, roof air, and two slide outs accommodating the living area. 

The interior is dirty. All walls are showing scratches and scuffs. Some drywall tape is bubbling. The wall trims are lifting. The roof is showing water damage. The kitchen counter is scratched. The couch upholstery is peeling. The bathroom wallpaper is peeling. The bathroom skylight is cracked.

The exterior walls are made of hard wall fiberglass. I was showing scratches and scuffs. Some decals are peeling. The left and right wall, as well as both slides out and rear wall are showing water delamination. The left fender is separating. The right side fender is cracked. The right wall has dents.

This unit gets power with external power supply. The battery is dead. This unit is missing both propane tanks. The tires are mounted to alloy rims and appear to be in good enough condition for use.

This unit is equipped with a microwave, three burner stove top, oven, refrigerator, two televisions, and a stereo system. The layout consists of a master bedroom/bathroom in the front, and a kitchenette/living area in the rear.
