This unit is a 2011 Forest River Rock wood Signature edition 8285WS model 5th wheel trailer. It has single door entry, roof air, and two slide outs accommodating the living area. The interior is dirty. The lower trim is separating. The wood panelling has scuffs and scratches. The bed is torn. The floor is lifting. The exterior walls are made out of hard wall fibreglass. All walls are showing chips, scratches, and scuffs. The right rear corner shows a dent. Some decals are cracking. Some walls are showing mildew. Both plastic fenders are cracked. This unit is equipped with two batters and two propane tanks. The slide out is operational and misaligned. Tires are mounted to alloy rims and appear to be in good enough condition for use. This unit is equipped with a three burner stove, microwave, refrigerator, television and a stereo system.
