REMARKS:

This RV is a 2011 Jayco Jay Flight 22FB model tandem axle bumper pull trailer. It has a single door entry and roof air.

The interior is dirty. The blinds in the main bedroom and living area is detached. The bedroom mattress is stained. The side table by the main bedroom weather strip is misaligned. Some wooden trim panels are scratched and has chips. The shower ceiling has some water damage.

The exterior is made out of soft wall aluminum. Some walls show dents, and chips. Some decals are peeling and fading. There are some scratches on some walls.

This unit is equipped with a battery and two propane tanks. The tires are mounted to steel wheels and appear to be in good enough condition.

This unit is equipped with a stereo, three stove burner top, oven, microwave, and a refrigerator. The layout consists of the main bedroom at the front, dinette/kitchenette at the centre and a bathroom at the rear.
