The interior is dirty. The wood trims are showing scratches and scuffs. The floor is soft in multiple areas. The bathroom ceiling fan is loose. The bathroom skylight is shattered and covered with plastic wrap. The master bedroom light shade is broken. The overhead vent in the bedroom is shattered. The flatscreen television is missing. The radio display is smashed and inoperable. The sleeper dinette has replaced with chairs and a table. The dining room table has a broken leg. The fridge and freezer have rotten contents and mold growth.

The exterior walls are made of hard wall fiberglass. There are chips across the front wall. The right front corner is cracked. All walls have mildew spots. Most decals are cracked and peeling. The lower metal trim has scratches, scuffs, and dents. The curb side compartment door is missing.

This unit comes with one propane tank. The second propane tank and battery are missing. The tires have been mounted to alloy rims and appear to be in good enough condition for use.
