REMARKS:

This RV is a 2011 Dutchman 315BHTS bumper pull trailer. It has a two door entry doors, roof air, and two slide outs accommodating the living area.


 



The interior is dirty. The interior appears to be repainted. There are drill holes on some walls. The master bedroom walls are peeling and taped. The wooden trim are separating. The dinette slide out is misaligned. The bathroom roof vent is cracked. There is broken glass at the rear of the RV.

The exterior walls are made out of hard wall fibreglass. The walls are showing water de-lamination. The walls are showing scratches, scuffs and chips. The paint is faded. The rear window is broken. 

This unit is equipped with a battery and is missing the propane tanks. The tires are mounted to steel rims and appear to be in good enough condition for use.

This RV is equipped with a stereo, microwave, three stove burner top, oven, and a microwave. The layout consist of the master bedroom at the front, kitchenette/dinette at the centre, and bathroom/ bunk house are the rear.
