This unit is a 2010 Pacific Coachworks Twists 25BHRS model tandem axle bumper pull trailer. It has a single door entry, roof air, and a single slide out accommodating the master bedroom.

The interior is dirty. The bed is torn. The wood paneling has scuffs and scratches. The wallpaper is peeling. The dinette cushions are torn. 

The exterior walls are made out of hard wall fiberglass. All walls are showing chips, scratches, and scuffs. Some decals are cracking. All walls are showing mildew. Both plastic fenders are cracked. 

This unit gets power with external power applied. The battery is removed. Tires are mounted to alloy rims and appear to be in rough condition. 

This unit is equipped with a three burner stove, microwave, refrigerator, and stereo system. The layout consists of a bunkhouse and bathroom at the front, kitchen and living area at the centre and a master bed at the rear.
