The exterior walls are made of soft wall aluminum. There are chips across the front wall. All exterior walls have dents. The both side walls have scratches and scuffs. The rear bumper has surface rust. Both tail lights are broken. The kitchen window is cracked. The window trim is cracked.

This unit comes with a battery and two propane tanks. The tires have been mounted to steel rims and appear to be in good enough condition for use. The slide out is operational.
