This RV is a 2009 Keystone Cougar 307BHS model tandem axle bumper pull trailer. It has two door entry, and two slide outs accommodating the living area.

The interior is dirty. The carpet is missing. The wall in the master bedroom is broken. The cabinet door in the living room is detached. Most walls are showing dents, scuffs, and scratches. The master bedroom Mattress is stained. The floors are showing signs of mold.

The exterior walls are made out of hard wall fiberglass. Some walls are showing signs of mildew. Some walls are showing dents, scuffs, and scratches. The Left wall has a significant dent on the lower panel. There is a dent by the the main door on the right side of the wall and is cracked. Both plastic fenders are missing. Most decals are peeling and faded. The rear wall is showing signs of water delamination.

This unit does not get power with external power applied, The slide outs are inoperable. The cables appear to be corroded. The battery is disconnected and inside the unit. The propane tanks are missing. The left leveling gear is bent and misaligned. The landing gear foot plate is missing. The tires are mounted to steel wheels and appear to be and get enough condition for use.

This unit is equipped with a three burner stove top, oven, microwave, and a refrigerator. The layout consists of a master bedroom at the front, kitchenette/dinette at the center and a bathroom/bunkhouse at the rear.
