The wood trims are showing scratches and scuffs. The exterior walls are made of hard wall fiberglass. There are chips across the front wall. Most decals are cracked and peeling. The roadside wall has water delamination. Both side walls have scratches and scuffs. This unit comes with a battery. Both propane tanks are missing. The tires have been mounted to mismatched rims and appear to be in good enough condition for use. It is equipped with a microwave, three burner stove, top, oven, refrigerator, and stereo system.
