This 26' RV is a 2009 Coachmen Spirit of America Series 24 RBQS model bumper pull travel trailer. The trailer has single entry door, roof air and a single slide out accommodating the dinette. 

The interior is dirty and requires detailing. There are scratches and scuff marks to the cabinet doors. 

The roadside wall has water delamination and a crack underneath the slide. The exterior walls are made of hard wall fiberglass. The front end has chips. The front wall has mildew spots. The top left corner of the rear wall is peeling and has water delamination. 

The slide does not operate even with external power source attached, a diagnostic will need to be performed to determine the exact problem. It comes with a battery and two propane tanks.

The trailer comes with a three burner stove, oven, microwave and a refrigerator. The layout features master bedroom at the front, living area/kitchen in the middle and washroom at the rear.
