This 36' RV is a 2008 Keystone Montana Series 3650 RK model fifth wheel trailer. It has a single entry door roof air and four slide outs accommodating the master bedroom, dinette and living room.

The interior is clean. The carpets have stains. One of the televisions is missing. The wood floor is worn. The wall next to the entrance has scratches and scuffs. The shower fan moulding is cracked.

The exterior walls are made of hard wall fibreglass. There are chips, scratches and scuffs across all panels. The spare has been mounted on the right front tire. The left front alloy rim is bent. Both fender mouldings are cracked. All decals are peeling. The front Curbside has water delamination.

This unit comes with one battery and one propane tank. Alloy rims are mounted. All slides are operational. 

It is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, three burner stove top, oven and a television. The layout consists of the master bedroom at the front, kitchen and dining area in the centre, and living room at the rear.
