The interior is clean. Some walls are scuffed. The bathroom fan trim is cracked. The carpet is stained. The door is cracked and peeling. The exterior is showing scratches and stuff. The left front lower panel is showing dents. Some decals are cracked and peeling. The left rear weatherstripping is separating. Fenders are cracked. The slide out is operational. The slide out is misaligned when fully extended. The tires are mounted the steel rims, the right front tire will need to be replaced. This unit is equipped with a stereo system, microwave, three burner stove, top, oven, and a refrigerator. The layout consist of a kitchen/dinette at the front, living area in the center, and a bathroom/bedroom at the rear.
