This RV is a 2007 Dutchmen Grand Junction 35TMS model, tandem axle fifth wheel trailer. It has single door entry, three slide outs accommodating the living area, and dual roof air. 

The interior is dirty, the carpets are heavily stained. Most of the kitchen cabinets are showing signs of wear. Several interior trim pieces are showing signs of scuffs, scratches and dents. 

The exterior is made up of hard wall fiberglass. Most walls are showing chips, scratches, scuffs. Multiple decals are scratched. The left and right side slide out fairing is damaged. Both left and right side fender flares are missing.

All three slide outs are operational with external power applied. The batteries and propane tanks are missing. The tires are mounted on steel rims and appear to be in good enough condition for use. 

This unit is equipped with a three burner stove, oven, microwave and refrigerator. There is a television and stereo system. The layout is described as a large bedroom / washroom at the front, kitchenette / dinette in the centre and living space in the rear.
