This RV is a 2007 Dutchman Grand Junction 35TMS model tandem axle fifth wheel trailer. It has a single door entry, roof air, and three slide out accommodating the living area. 

The interior is dirty. The roof and left wall have water damage. The carpets are stained. The bathroom faucet panel is cracked. The bathroom sink faucet handles are missing. The dinette furniture is missing. One of the cabinets is missing glass. The window trim is separating.

The exterior walls are made of hard wall fiberglass. Most walls are showing chips, scratches, and scuffs. Both The left and right walls are showing water delamination. Some decals are peeling. The rear wall is separating. Both fenders are missing.

This unit gets power with external power applied. The batteries are missing. This unit is missing both propane tanks. The tires are mounted to alloy rims, the right front axle tire will need to be replaced.

This unit is equipped with two electrical fireplaces, three burner stove, top, oven, microwave, refrigerator, stereo system and a television. The layout consist of a master bedroom/bathroom in the front, kitchenette/living area in the center.
