The interior is dirty. The wood trims are showing scratches and scuffs. The couch is broken. The floor has stains. The walls and ceiling have scratches and scuffs. The master bedroom floor is broken. The floor has multiple soft spots. The walls around the slide outs have water damage.

The exterior walls are made of hard wall fiberglass. The wood frames for the slide outs are rotten. Both side panels and the rear wall have water delamination. All walls have mildew spots.
