The interior is dirty. There are signs of extensive rodent activity. The carpet has stains. The floor is peeling. The master bedroom walls have water damage. The mattress and television are missing.

The exterior walls are made of hardware fiberglass. The left rear slide top cover is missing. The exterior walls have mildew spots. Both side panels have water delamination in multiple spots.
