This 30' RV is a 2005 General Coach-West Citation Supreme Fifth Wheel Series 29 CKS model. The trailer has single entry door, roof air and a single slide out accommodating the living area.

Interior is dirty and shows signs of rodent activity. The flooring is faded. The living area carpet has stains. The office desk laminate is peeling. The dinette table is broken and the chairs are missing. 

The exterior walls are made of hard wall fiberglass. The front end has chips. There are multiple surface cracks throughout on both side walls. Both sidewalls have water deamination. The decals are faded. The tires are mounted on aluminum rims and are showing cracks. 

The slide is partially operational and gets stuck in the middle, a diagnostic will need to be performed to determine the exact problem. The trailer comes with a battery and two propane tanks.

It is equipped with a flatscreen TV and an electric fireplace. It also comes with a three burner stove, oven, microwave and a refrigerator.
