This RV is a 1998 Fleet wood prowler Northwest Edition 31G model Tandem axle bumper pull trailer. It has a two-way entry, roof air, and a single slide out accommodating the living area.

The interior is dirty. The entirety of the interior has been repainted. Majority of the carpet floors are missing. The master bedroom mattress is missing. The blinds are missing. 

The exterior walls are made of hard wall fiberglass. The exterior walls are showing chips, scratches, and scuffs. The rear wall is showing water delamination. The rear right tail light is loose. The decals are peeling.

This unit gets power with external power applied. The battery is missing. The tires are mounted to steel rims and appeared to be good enough condition for use.

This unit is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, three burner stove, top, oven, and a stereo system. The layout consist of a master bedroom in the front, kitchen/dinette in the center, and a bathroom/bunkhouse in the rear.
