This RV is a 1997 Jayco Jay feather 3230 model fifth wheel trailer. It has a single door entry, roof air, and two slide outs accommodating the master bedroom and living area.

The interior is dirty. All walls are showing scratches and scuffs. The bathroom mirror is chipped. The fan cover in the bathroom is cracked. The floor has been poorly resealed. The roof is showing water damage. Some weatherstripping is separating. Some walls have drill holes. The cabinet wallpaper is lifting.

The exterior walls are made of hard wall fiberglass. The frame has peeling paint. The front cover has been poorly repainted and has mildew. All walls are showing scratches and scuffs. Both left and right wall are showing water delamination. The right rear weatherstripping is separating.

The battery and both propane tanks are missing. The water heater has been removed. This unit does not get power with external power applied. The slides cannot be tested. The tires are mounted to steel rims and appear to be good enough condition for use.

This unit is equipped with a television, three burner stove top, oven, refrigerator and a sound system. The layout consists of a master bedroom/bathroom in the front, a living area in the center and a kitchenette/dinette in the rear.
