The interior is dirty. Some walls are showing scratches and scuffs. The roof is cracking. The bathroom sink is cracked and has been poorly resealed. The bedroom/kitchen sky vent trims are cracked. The entry door screen is torn.

The exterior walls are made of soft wall aluminum. Most panels are showing chips, scratches, and scuffs. The front lower loft is gouged. The weatherstripping is separating. All walls are showing hail damage. Some decals are peeling. The left rear brake lights are broken. The rear bumper has peeling paint.

The tires are mounted to steel rims and appear to be in good enough condition for use.
