This motorhome is a 2024 Pleasure Way Plateau XL-TS model built on a single axle, Mercedes-Benz sprinter chassis. It has a single door entry, solar panel, and roof air. The GVWR is 11030 LB. The odometer shows 43,826 km and 582 engine hours. 

The interior is fair overall condition for the year. Both door panels and dash are stained. The roof liner is worn. The front seats have small punctures which appear to be from an animal.

The exterior walls are made out of hard wall fibreglass. The front bumper is cracked and damages. There is a large dent on the hood. The exterior panels are showing chips and scratches.
