This 29ft RV is a 2015 Thor Chateau 28F model motorhome built on a Ford E450 chassis. It has a single entry door, roof air, and a single slide out accommodating the kitchen and master bedroom. The odometer shows 13,428 miles. 

The interior is dirty. The lower slide out trim is broken. The bathroom counter trim is separating. Some of the wood trim have scratches and scuffs. Some of the walls have drill holes. The passenger seat has stains.

The exterior walls are made of hard wall fiberglass. There are chips across the front end and windshield. Most panels have scratches and scuffs. Both side walls and rear wall have mildew spots. Most decals are cracked and peeling.

This unit starts and runs without a boost. It is powered by a Ford 6.8 Litre ten cylinder engine and an automatic transmission. This unit comes with a Cummins RV QG 4000 generator. The generator cranks but will not start. The generator shows 122 hours. The tires have been mounted to alloy rims and appear to be good enough condition for use. The slide out has not been tested.

It is equipped with a three burner stove top, oven, microwave, refrigerator, two flatscreen televisions, and a stereo system. The layout consists of a dinette/kitchen at the front and a bathroom/master bedroom at the rear.
