This motorhome is a 2006 Forest river Georgetown 338 model on a Ford chassis. It has a single door entry, roof, air, and a single slide out accommodating the living area. The odometer 74996 miles. 

Interiors dirty. The entry door cover is cracked. Some walls are showing scratches and scuffs. Some walls have drill holes. The dinette, bathroom, and bedroom air vent trims are cracked. The shower wall is cracked and separating. The bed is worn and stained.

The Exterior walls are made of hard wall fiberglass. All walls are showing scratches and scuffs. The front bumper has peeling paint. The windshield is cracked. Both The left and right rear wall weatherstripping is peeling. The rear bumper is cracked, has peeling paint, and has been repainted. The rear wall has been poorly resealed. The right wall is showing water delamination. The entry steps has peeling paint.

The slide out cannot be tested. The chassis batteries are dead and do not get power with external power applied. This unit starts and runs with a boost. The exhaust is noisy. This unit is powered by a 6.8L triton 10 cylinder gasoline, Ford engine and an automatic transmission. There is no emissions sticker. This unit is equipped with a guardian by generic power systems 7500 Watts generator. The generator shows 117 hours. The generator cannot be tested. diagnostics will need to be performed to determine its exact issues. The tires are mounted to alloy rims, the rear tires will need to be replaced.
