The mobile oven and trailer are in good working condition and structurally sound.

The exterior paint of the trailer was done

Sixteen (16) steel angles have been installed, reinforcing all sides of the trailer for enhanced structural integrity.

Al trailer lights have been replaced and are fully operational.

The oven base has been sealed using high-heat caulking to ensure durability and safety during operation.

The gap between both fenders has been sealed to prevent debris or moisture ingress.

A professional welder has inspected both the trailer and the oven to confirm that the oven base is securely and safely affixed to the trailer frame.

• Wood burning oven – fire on the side provides three ways of heating: convection, reflected heat and conductive heat, this lets you cook up to three 12” inch pizzas in only five minutes once the oven is heated.

• Dome and floor made with high quality refractory concrete that can resist up to 2400 F or 1315 C, which is well over the temperature needed for this type of oven.

• Completely isolated by two inches of ceramic wool blanket and finished and exterior plaster finish.
