Interior of the unit looks to be in fair condition.  The unit is equipped with breakers, server racks with supporting networking equipment, power cables and security system. The completeness and operation of the contents is unknown.

Exterior is in fair overall condition. There are some minor scrapes and dents from moving the containers.
